Challenge
Our telecom infrastructure vendor wanted to track how U.S. consumers connect to the internet to shape their product roadmap and strategy.
Approach
To do this we combined Survey Research (connected users) with Telephia data (app usage) to draw a compelling picture of the connected consumer.
Results
HarrisX data, coupled with Telephia app insights, reveals the devices, apps, and networks smartphone users utilize for internet access.
