Kamalini is a senior strategy and insights leader with more than 20 years of experience advising leading telecom, media, and technology organizations on competitive strategy, consumer behavior, and market dynamics. At HarrisX, she leads the firm’s TMT client portfolio, partnering with C-suite and senior executives at major cable operators, mobile carriers, content providers, trade organizations, and federal agencies.

Kam serves as a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients translate complex consumer data and industry trends into actionable business decisions. Her work spans key areas such as fixed-mobile convergence, 5G adoption, churn dynamics, and broadband portfolio strategy. She has been instrumental in expanding HarrisX’s TMT practice, driving client growth, developing bespoke research programs, and commercializing new syndicated products, including trackers on emerging technologies like 5G.

Prior to HarrisX, she spent over a decade at Ovum (now Omdia), led the broadband access infrastructure practice, and then global broadband and multiplay research. She authored more than 100 high-impact reports on telecom and cable strategy, directed global forecasting initiatives across a $400B market, and advised operators and infrastructure vendors worldwide. She also developed innovative data visualization tools and was a recognized industry voice, speaking at major conferences such as Broadband World Forum and FTTH Council events, with frequent media citations.

Earlier in her career, Kamalini held roles in financial services across Australia and India, building a strong foundation in analytics, client advisory, and global markets.She holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Boston College and a BA (Honors) in Economics from the University of Delhi.
