Bio

Jeffrey has over 17 years' experience as a consumer insights professional, where he works to bring brands closer to their consumers and drive business growth through data-driven decision making. He has a passion for translating consumer priorities into actionable insights for product development and marketing strategies.

His work over the years has had a global focus and he has carried out studies in more than 35 markets around the world, fitting with his love for understanding what makes countries, and the consumers within them, unique. He has extensive experience in the FMCG, retail, tech and automotive sectors with a focus on NPD, consumer segmentation, usage and attitude studies and marketing and comms development. His work has been recognized by the Market Research Society with their Prosper Riley Smith Award.

Jeffrey earned his BA in International Relations at Roanoke College, including a year studying at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and his MSc in International Public Policy at University College London.
