Eni joined HarrisX in 2018 and as the VP of People, Culture and Communications she oversees global HR functions as well as communications. Eni has been with the company for over 6 years and she has played a pivotal role in building the culture of HarrisX.  

Before Joining HarrisX Eni was a diplomat for the Albanian Government for over a decade. During her time as a diplomat, she has played pivotal roles in negotiating and implementing agreements, promoting cultural diplomacy, and representing the Government of Albania in prestigious international forums.

Eni is proficient in 5 languages, namely Albanian, English, French, Italian and German, and holds a degree in Applied Foreign Languages from the University of Sorbonne in Paris, France, and a Law degree from the University of Tirana.
