Casti is a seasoned Principal Architect and Cloud Developer with over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale, petabyte-class applications for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in cloud migrations, artificial intelligence and machine learning integration, and the design of modern data architectures. With a deep expertise in AWS, Azure, and DevOps practices, he has successfully led major projects including large-scale data lake implementations, cloud-native solutions, and the migration of complex legacy systems to the cloud.

Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Innovation and Technology at HarrisX, he leads AI-driven solutions for market research and telecom sectors, architecting our products like AdClaims.AI and Telephia. Previously, he held senior roles at Equifax Canada, where he spearheaded cloud transformation and achieved industry-leading uptime, and Stagwell Technologies, where he worked with top clients such as the NSA, Amazon, and Microsoft. His extensive background also includes serving on multiple advisory boards for Algonquin College, helping shape the curriculum to align with industry needs.
