Andrew Claster is a political and corporate data, analytics, polling and messaging campaign strategist based in New York.
Andrew has conducted exit polls and provided accurate survey results in recent national elections in Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Italy, United Kingdom, Nigeria, South Africa, Dominican Republic, United States and elsewhere.
In 2012, Andrew served as Deputy Chief Analytics Officer for President Barack Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign, where he helped create and lead the Obama Analytics team of more than 50 analysts, statistical modelers and engineers. Andrew also served as Deputy Targeting Director for the Democratic National Committee.
Andrew also served as Director of Campaign Optimization for the US Census 2020 Integrated Communications Campaign.

Andrew previously worked at PSB Research (formerly Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates) as Vice President, where his responsibilities included microtargeting, survey research and online testing of video ads. Andrew also co-founded the PSB Corporate Research Group.
Andrew also worked at the World Bank as a consultant leading a 115 country survey research project among central bankers and commercial bankers regarding access to banking and other financial services.
Andrew completed his undergraduate studies in political science at Yale University and his master’s degree in economics at the London School of Economics and studied European political and economic integration at the University of Barcelona, Spain.
