Disney+ has opened up pre-orders for U.S. consumers and promised that those who sign up early will be among the first to get access to the streaming service.
Early subscribers for Disney+ will get a seven-day free trial. The service officially launches on Nov. 12 and costs $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year. At launch, U.S. consumers will have the option to buy a $12.99-per-month bundle that includes Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu.
When Disney+ launches it will be available on Apple’s iOS and tvOS devices, Google’s Android and Android TV devices, Roku’s players and sticks as well as Roku TVs, Microsoft’s Xbox One and Sony’s PlayStation 4. Notably absent from the device compatibility list are Amazon’s Fire TV devices...
